I quit smoking a little over five years but for some reason over the last year and half I started to smoke regularly. Shameful, I know. This time around it is more difficult to do, not sure why.

I have to make it a priority to quit, to help motivate me, I'm posting really gross pictures of black lungs and other effects of smoking on No Miracles Here, my other blog. Stop on by, let's try to help each other out.
